Apply the processes related to the preparation of
pharmaceutical mixtures in accordance with approved procedures and ensure
compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Check the readiness of production rooms and machines by
following up on related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Report any problems or process deviations to the
supervisor immediately and take corrective actions as directed.
Coordinate with team members on the execution of daily
and weekly production plans; report progress through weekly and/or monthly
reports as requested by the Production Manager.
Issue repair orders for corrective or preventive
maintenance needs related to machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Train employees on their assigned tasks and ensure
continuous on-the-job training.
Follow all general safety instructions and promptly
report any deficiencies affecting a safe working environment.
Prepare periodic reports for the Production Manager,
including KPI updates and requested report modifications.
Participate in process validation activities as
required.
Address internal audit findings and GMP inspection
findings efficiently and within the required timeframes.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the
Production Supervisor.
Requirements
and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Chemical
Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the
pharmaceutical industry.
Skills
Required:
Strong command of the English language
Completed course in Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict
deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Officer Duties and Responsibilities:
·Implement sourcing strategies to seek suppliers for pharmaceutical raw
materials and services.
·Initial supplier documentation review.
·Maintain accurate and updated records related to supplier
qualification.
·Coordinate with other departments (Research & Development,
Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance) regarding authority/internal
requirements of materials/suppliers.
·Follow-up with suppliers on regulatory document requests (Letters of
